Bob Wagner Inc ....removing excuses

Albert Einstein once said that "The significant problems we face in life cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them." This is also true with business. Your business and employees are never going to improve without first giving them additional knowledge and resources to improve. Every company wants to increase performance and change the behavior of some of their staff but there is a problem with that kind of thinking. You cannot change someone's behavior. You can however influence the way they think. This is where Bob's gifts and talents can help. He has the ability to reach into your heart and cause you and your staff to think differently, positively and more successfully; but don't take our word for it, read what others who have attended Bobs seminars have to say: Click here

Why is Bob Wagner's training different?

Because he tells it like it is! No sugar coating. No fluff. Just in your face information. His seminars and custom onsite training programs are filled with real life examples, relevant information and recommended follow up resources. He uses humor, roll playing, hands on application and yes even a written plan of action to ensure application. Bob also offers 30 days of free follow-up coaching via email for everyone who attends one of his sessions to further guarantee success.  His motive is to give you such a quality filled seminar that if you don't see improvement after attending one of his sessions it will be your own fault!

Bob believes that less is sometimes more effective. While many seminar companies deliver a lot of information for the fee they charge, Bob knows that when you get too much information at one time, very little winds up being applied. This is why he would rather train with quality than quantity. He custom designs each of his seminars so the attendees receive the most effective training for their investment. Not only will they learn, they will walk away with the confidence to succeed! He guarantees it!

You or Your people will not be getting a vacation day! Some seminar companies just present the material and leave the success up to the students. Bob knows that the definition of teaching is "To cause one to learn".  While you and your staff will have an enjoyable time learning, you will learn. He will ask you questions to make sure you are grasping what he is teaching and yes, some topics even come with tests! He is very serious about quality training!

He brings balance to his seminars. People are not robots where they can turn off their personal life when they get to work or their professional life when they get home. When we have personal problems it can and very often does affect our professional life and when we have problems at work, to leave them at work is easier said then done. Bob has found a way to bring balance and cross over into his sessions so that people receive the most effective training helping them to become better people period. Better people make better employees.

Tips for a Successful Seminar

1. Get plenty of rest the night before. (An alert mind will learn more)

2. Come with an attitude to learn. (No one likes to be around negative grouchy people)

3. Dress comfortably. ( Your clothing won't impress me, your attitude to learn however might.  Please dress in clothing that will best allow you to focus on the material while taking caution not to be a distraction to others)

4. Don't eat a large lunch. (You'll want to fall asleep and then we will have to embarrass you, especially if you start snoring)

5. If you have back problems, bring a lumbar pillow. (If it works for you, lay on the floor or sit against the wall. When you are in pain it is hard to focus)

6. Prepare the workplace for your absence. (Have someone run interference for you. Let them know you will be calling in during breaks or lunch. Make sure your folks have everything they need to have a successful day ahead of time)

7. Make a list of the areas you need the most improvement in before you come. (Self improvement starts with examining oneself. Writing down your weak areas helps you address them)

8. Arrive early to get the best seat! (You may want to sit in the back so you can sneak out early or not get caught napping, but will you learn better from there? Besides Bob walks the room when he trains, he will catch you slacking off anyway.)

9. Bring a pad and pen to take notes. (If I need to tell you why you are not ready for Bobs class, go back to kindergarten)

10. Plan on staying until the very end. (The end of our seminars are powerful and where we tie it all together)
